Order intake & matching

Specialist stores push orders into the Fulfilment Hub via webhooks. The hub consolidates multi-store purchases for the same customer into fulfilment groups.

• Webhook ingress — primary path; cron sync is backup only.
• Idempotency — store + remote order id + date_modified prevents duplicate imports.
• Matching rules — email, phone, shipping or billing address within a configurable time window.
• Singleton groups — every ungrouped pending order still gets a group so warehouse columns stay populated.

Run Matching from Orders or Shipping when groups look incomplete after an outage.
