Warehouse pick & pack

Warehouse status moves orders through the ops pipeline:

• pending — received, awaiting pick.
• picked — lines collected from bins.
• packed — ready for carrier hand-off.
• shipped — tracking assigned and pushed back to the specialist store.

Use pick lists from fulfilment groups or individual orders. Confirm lot/SKU against central inventory before packing temperature-sensitive lines.
